How do I invite my co-parent to Harbor?
Once you create a household, you can invite your co-parent by going to Settings > Household > Invite Member. Enter their phone number or email, and they will receive an invitation to join your household.
How does expense splitting work?
When you log an expense, you can specify how it should be split between co-parents (50/50, custom percentage, or assign to one parent). Harbor automatically calculates running balances so you always know who owes whom.
Is my data private and secure?
Yes, your data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. Only members of your household can see your shared information. We never sell your data to third parties.
Can I export my expense history?
Yes, Pro users can export their expense history as a CSV or PDF report. This is useful for record-keeping, tax purposes, or legal documentation.
How do I record a payment made to my co-parent?
Go to the Payments tab and tap "Record Payment". Enter the amount, date, and optionally add a note. Both co-parents will see this payment reflected in the running balance.
What happens if my co-parent disputes an expense?
If there is a disagreement about an expense, you can discuss it through the in-app messaging feature. All expenses are logged with timestamps and can include receipt attachments for documentation.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion by contacting us at [email protected]. We will process your request within 30 days and permanently delete your personal data as per our privacy policy.
